By registering through the form, the individual submits the required registration data, including details about the vehicle seller or buyer: name, surname, email address, mobile phone, address, city, postal code, password. The company needs the data obtained through the online form to successfully manage the online platform, conduct online public auctions, provide related services, and appropriately contact the participant regarding the execution of the online public auction. The basis for the processing of personal data is the company's legitimate interests and the fulfillment of agreements and contracts between the parties. Data remains stored in the database for a maximum of ***, unless the individual expresses a desire to be removed from the database earlier. In such a case, they will be deregistered. The data is stored beyond this period if the individual expressly states that they wish to remain in the database or provides their consent to receive newsletters.
